Message from the  Affiliate President

As the summer winds down, and school is back in session, many of us are getting back in tune with the daily schedule of “work as usual”.   It is our hope that you will look at our schedule for the upcoming year, and make sure you fit our offering into that schedule.
Our Director of Education has been diligently preparing a variety of professional development events and seminars that we hope will draw your interest.
It is our hope that an economical up-turn will help our members to be more able to attend our events.  Make sure you look at our calendar page and see what we are offering in the coming year.
Our Professional Development Event’s are usually scheduled for the second Wednesday of the month.  But due to the holiday, we have chosen to have it on September 22nd at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Downtown Sacramento.  Our speaker Mark Trowbridge will be presenting a brief overview on “Competitive Solicitations”, which will be the topic for our two day seminar being held on the 23rd and 24th.  We hope you will attend.
Speaking of the seminar, look for more information about it, and try to get your registration in early.
Looking forward to seeing more faces at our events this year.  Remember the presentation events will gain you training CEH.
