Katherine Uchman — Affiliate President

Katherine joined NAPM-Sacramento Valley in November 1997. In March 1998 she volunteered to take on Secretary position for the Affiliate. From then on she moved into Membership Chair, Vice President, and then served 3 years as President of the Affiliate. She then continued on as a Director of Education. She has also been involved with the National ISM organization on several Committees. Katherine received the “Volunteer of the Year” award for 2006.

Phil Goode — Director of Membership and Secretary

Philolis (Phil) has been a member of ISM since 2002. He has served on the Membership Committee as a member, Chair, Director, and as a President. Phil is currently the Supply Chain Coordinator for Flint Group's Heatset Division,where he is responsible for Supply Chain activities for the West Region including Canada, China, and South America.

Oxana Lynn — Treasurer

Oxana joined ISM as a student member in 2007 and has become a board member in 2008. Oxana is a Procurement Analyst at Hewlett Packard Networking Division and is responsible for the content on the ISM Sacramento website.

Steven McCredie — Director of Education

Steven has more than 20 years purchasing and contracts administration expertise with equal experience in government and private sectors for such firms as the County of Orange, the County of Placer, Jelly Belly Candy, Hewlett-Packard, BOC Gases, and Pride Industries. Steven has taught courses for the Sacramento State Purchasing Management program in government purchasing. He served on the Board of ISM-Sacramento Valley in several positions through the 90’s and is now back on the Board as Director of Education Resources.
