Phil Goode - Affiliate President

Philolis (Phil) has been a  member of  ISM since 2002.  He has served on 
the Membership Committee as a member, Chair, and as Director.  Phil is
currently the Supply Chain Coordinator for Flint Group's Heatset
Division,where he is responsible for Supply Chain activities for the West Region
including Canada, China, and South America.

Katherine Uchman - Affiliate Vice President

Katherine joined NAPM-Sacramento Valley in November 1997.  In March 1998 she volunteered to take on Secretary position for the Affiliate.  From then on she moved into Membership Chair,  Vice President, and then served 3 years as President of the Affiliate.  She then continued on as a Director of Education.  She has also been involved with the National ISM organization on several Committees.  Katherine  received the “Volunteer of the Year” award for 2006.

 Connie Stewart - Treasurer

Connie is a Purchasing Manager for Affymetrix, Inc. in West Sacramento.   She has been a member of ISM for over 30 years and volunteered to accept the Treasurer position beginning July 1, 2008.   After obtaining a BA in Economics from UCLA, Connie began her career as a Buyer for UC Davis.  She has worked in the Purchasing field for over 30 years and her background includes educational & hospital purchasing, electronics & semiconductors, aviation, food service (ice cream) and building materials for such companies as Intel, NEC Electronics, Owens Corning and Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream.

Jeanne Rineer- Director of Marketing

Jeanne is a Business Planning Manager in Hewlett-Packard's UCAP leadership development and rotation program for entry level supply chain hires. She has a background in procurement and strategic planning as well as Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Jeanne is a Michigan State University alumna and a R. Gene Richter Scholar. Oxana joined ISM as a student member in 2007 and has become a board member in 2008.  Oxana is a Supply Chain intern at Hewlett Packard ProCurve and is responsible for the content on the ISM Sacramento website and the quarterly newsletter.
